Lang lang is a rare song in which Den (or Den Vau) performs the melody himself, in addition to rapping. This composition contains his reflections on the journey to find peace in the midst of a challenging life.
When Healing is No Longer a 'Burdle' for Black
"There is no longer any need to prove anything. The rock-solid ego has long been removed. It takes a long time to realize that I am really small. A day's journey without a basket will eventually fill a small basket.
Now the joy is so small. Surrounded by grass and trees. Exposing myself to the sunlight. Wind and skin meet passionately..." - Den raps.
After many years since Den became famous with rap songs that were called national hits, Lang lang is probably the rap song that Den reveals the most private thoughts without carrying the "burden" of healing or inspiring someone.
Den expressed his thoughts that each of us can be independent and capable of making ourselves better. In the first paragraph, he revealed his habit of returning to the most familiar things whenever he felt tired. In the second paragraph, he advised us to live gratefully and happily with every little thing.
That is: being immersed in the sunlight and nature in the forest, "swallowing a mouthful of flying sunlight as if carrying a body full of chlorophyll", "touching my hands on the fragrant soil", "lying down on a summer night looking at the stars"...
Lang lang carries many messages, but thanks to the gentle rap style and soothing background music, those messages are sent to the audience in a close way by Den.
"To whoever hears this, listens closely or just listens vaguely. I hope you're happy with the life you're taking on. Yeah, there's a lot to take on. So take joy in that," he raps.
With the new product, Den returns to the musical color that the audience loved most about him: rapping like a friend confiding in him, rap verses full of narrative.

Go into the forest, think about life
" Lạng treo " does not have a climax chorus or an MV that incorporates too many metaphors. The rap song is truly "lạng treo", it is the contemplative moments of an adult, "not too old to dream, not too young to daydream, suddenly feeling stingy because I regret time more and more".
The MV was filmed in the forest with poetic frames, but Den did not disguise himself or transform into any symbol, he was just himself and rapped.
But going into the forest is not to escape the times or turn your back on life out there. Den is still full of thoughts: "I feel sad because every few days on the news there will be a new war. Well, that's it, I'm too small to know what to do. I'm just a small leaf, swaying far away on a high branch."

The MV has a moment when Den walks in the middle of the forest, touches each leaf, the ancient tree trunk of a hundred years old, sits on the porch of a wooden house and watches the old forest. The forest and trees have always been an endless source of inspiration for him, and have been included in the MVs Music of the Forest, Hide and Seek, Always Love Life...
The MV was filmed in Cuc Phuong National Park, Tam Dao National Park with the support of the Wildlife Conservation Center in Vietnam, Viet Vision Company...
Through the MV Lang dang , Den "suggests" the audience to go to the green forest to be "healed" by nature in the most natural way.
