Tuan Giao district recommends and proposes a number of opinions: Early amendment of Decision No. 45/2022/QD-UBND of the Provincial People's Committee promulgating regulations on decentralization of management of organizational apparatus, payroll, cadres, civil servants, public employees, and enterprise managers; specific instructions on the appointment process for management officials at public service units under the District People's Committee; approval of the investment policy for the eastern axis road project of Tuan Giao town to expand development space, create new administrative, cultural, sports , and urban areas and arrange land funds for socio-economic development. Consider and approve the policy of making a master plan for Pha Din pass; request the Provincial People's Committee to propose to the Government to add an intersection with Dien Bien - Son La expressway in Tuan Giao district; pay attention to and prioritize helping the district with capital to achieve the goal of completing grid power supply for 100% of villages by 2025; Early approval of investment policy for the Quai Nua tunnel brick factory project, coffee processing factory in Quai Cang commune; review and adjust planning for 3 types of forests in the district...

Discussing at the meeting, members of the working group suggested that the district discuss some more contents: Planning work for Tuan Giao town, planning for new rural construction in the area; speeding up disbursement of public investment capital; forest management and protection; crime prevention work; support for poor and near-poor households to eliminate temporary houses... Representatives of the provincial People's Committee and departments and branches also responded and clarified some recommendations and proposals of the district.

Concluding the working session, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Quoc Cuong acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Tuan Giao district in implementing the goals of the Resolution of the 23rd District Party Congress. These results have made important contributions to the implementation of the goals and targets set by the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress.

In the coming time, the district needs to focus on implementing a number of key tasks well: Proactively review and evaluate the actual and accurate targets that have been completed and exceeded compared to the congress resolution to continue to improve. For some targets that have not been achieved, it is necessary to have specific and practical plans and solutions to strive to complete them in the remaining time of the term; focus all resources on restructuring agriculture in a sustainable direction; strengthen administrative reform, improve the investment and business environment; ensure security and order in the area.
