Provincial Party Secretary Tran Quoc Cuong presented a gift to Mr. Bui Duc Kham, who was 42% infected with chemical toxins.

Visiting and presenting gifts to Mr. Bui Duc Kham, who was infected with 42% of toxic chemicals, and Mr. Nguyen Binh Minh, who was infected with 35% of toxic chemicals, both residing in Nam Thanh ward, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Quoc Cuong kindly inquired about the health and current living conditions of the policy families. At the same time, he hoped that the families would overcome difficulties and rise up in life; preserve and promote revolutionary traditions, set good examples in implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies, and educate the younger generation in work and study, contributing positively to the local socio -economic development.

The Provincial Party Secretary also affirmed that the Party, State, all levels and sectors in the province will always pay attention to and well implement policies and regimes so that policy families can have a better life.

Provincial Party Secretary Tran Quoc Cuong and leaders of Dien Bien Phu City presented gifts to Mr. Nguyen Binh Minh, who was infected with 35% chemical poison.

Accompanying the delegation, the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Bien Phu City also presented gifts to visit policy families.
