BIDV Bac Quang Binh gives more than 1,500 Tet gifts to the disadvantaged

(QBĐT) - On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) - Bac Quang Binh Branch presented more than 1,500 gifts to poor, near-poor households and disadvantaged people in the districts and towns in the North of Quang Binh province.

Accordingly, with the motto "Spring of love - Tet of sharing", BIDV Bac Quang Binh branch has coordinated with agencies and organizations to present more than 1,500 gifts with a total value of nearly 500 million VND to people in Quang Trach, Bo Trach, Tuyen Hoa, Minh Hoa districts and Ba Don town.

All funds are drawn from the welfare fund and contributions from officers, employees and workers in BIDV Bac Quang Binh branch.

Meaningful gifts were given to poor households, near-poor households, disabled children, disadvantaged students, dialysis patients, etc. to help people celebrate the Lunar New Year 2025 more fully.

Leaders of BIDV Bac Quang Binh branch visited and gave gifts to encourage patients with serious illnesses.

Deputy Director of BIDV Bac Quang Binh Branch Pham Van Thanh said that this is an annual activity demonstrating the unit's community responsibility towards disadvantaged groups in the area on the occasion of Tet holiday. Thereby, it contributes to sharing, spreading love, encouraging people to overcome difficulties, improve their lives and have more conditions to celebrate the traditional Tet holiday of the nation happily and warmly.
