BIDV and the Tax sector accompany business households in transformation and breakthrough

BIDV Bank signed a cooperation agreement with the Tax Department to support businesses in converting to tax declaration and launching the MyShop Pro application.

Promoting its role as a trusted companion of economic entities, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development ( BIDV ) has implemented a series of strategic actions: Signing a cooperation agreement with the Tax Department to support business households in converting to tax declaration and launching the MyShop Pro application - a comprehensive sales management solution for small traders and business households.

This is a specific action of BIDV in implementing the major orientations of the Party and State in the spirit of Resolution 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo on private economic development; Resolution 198/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly on a number of special mechanisms and policies for private economic development... and is a positive response to the policy on modernizing tax management according to Decision 3389/QD-BTC of the Ministry of Finance on the Project "Converting the model and method of tax management for business households when eliminating lump-sum tax"; Decision 3352/QD-CT of the Tax Department on launching the Campaign "60 peak days of converting the model from lump-sum tax to declaration for business households"...

Accompanying transformation, breaking through together Vietnamese business households

The transition to tax declaration is not only an inevitable trend but also an important step to create a fair, transparent and modern financial and business environment; creating conditions for business households to be transparent about their revenue, more convenient in implementing loan procedures, expanding scale and enhancing reputation in the market. Realizing that, on November 20, 2025, BIDV officially signed a cooperation agreement with the Tax sector, marking a long journey of accompanying and implementing in many aspects to support business households.

Specifically: Propagating tax declaration policies and guiding the implementation of electronic invoices; Coordinating the introduction of digital solutions to help business households manage revenue transparently and create conditions for small traders and business households to access banking services conveniently and safely; Coordinating the organization of support activities for business households converting to tax declaration and business households converting to enterprises... This is one of the nationwide coordination programs between BIDV and the Tax sector, aiming to promote a transparent - civilized - digitalized business ecosystem.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Mai Son - Deputy Director of the Tax Department (Ministry of Finance) emphasized: "In response to the requirements of modernizing tax management in the new situation, BIDV continues to clearly demonstrate its role as a pioneering bank in providing modern financial technology solutions with many utilities such as digital applications integrating tax payment utilities anytime, anywhere and especially a comprehensive sales management support platform pioneering in the market and issuing electronic invoices, along with incentive programs to support business households in 2025. In addition, BIDV also actively coordinates with the Tax sector to organize communication programs and directly support taxpayers at the grassroots level. This is a clear demonstration of BIDV's role as a "companion" in transforming tax management methods and modernizing state budget collection".

Sharing at the MyShop Pro launch ceremony, Ms. Le Thi Thanh Yen - Deputy Director of BIDV Retail Products Department said: " We believe that the launch of MyShop Pro in the cooperation program between BIDV and the Tax Department will create a solid foundation to actively support the community of small traders and business households in this important transition period. BIDV is committed to continuing to invest and expand the digital ecosystem to bring simple and practical solutions to help business households improve operational efficiency, meet new regulations and develop long-term."

To clearly demonstrate its support for small traders and business households during the peak period of transformation, BIDV will waive the lifetime fee for customers and business households who register to use MyShop Pro from now until December 31, 2025. Along with that is the incentive of giving away payment speakers and 6 months of free use of Digital Signatures and Electronic Invoices, helping businesses significantly reduce the cost of purchasing software, limit manual errors and improve professionalism in business operations.
