Ha Tinh currently has more than 12,000 enterprises and affiliated units in operation. The whole province also has more than 1,000 cooperatives, more than 2,500 cooperative groups and tens of thousands of individual business households - an area with great potential to develop into enterprises. Identifying enterprises as "companions" with mutual relationships, over 60 years of establishment and development, BIDV Ha Tinh has always given top priority to designing and implementing preferential credit programs specifically for each type of enterprise. In particular, BIDV accompanies the implementation of the policy of equitization and restructuring of state-owned enterprises; creating investment resources for Ha Tinh enterprises to gradually mature and "reach out to the ocean".

BIDV Ha Tinh has accompanied Viet Hai Trading and Transport Services Company Limited (Thach Ha) since its early days. For the past 17 years, the capital "poured in" by BIDV has been an important resource for the enterprise to realize its production and business plan, becoming a multi-sector company: trade services, construction materials production...

According to the leader of Viet Hai Trading and Transport Services Company Limited, BIDV Ha Tinh has lent hundreds of billions of VND to invest in a high-tech precast concrete component factory in Ky Anh and is building a high-tech precast concrete component factory in Nghi Xuan. In addition to long-term credit packages for infrastructure investment, BIDV also creates conditions for member units of Viet Hai Trading and Transport Services Company Limited to borrow working capital to serve the production and business chain, creating jobs for nearly 1,000 workers, with revenue of thousands of billions of VND each year.

Ha Tinh Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (HADIPHAR) has also become a large-scale enterprise in Ha Tinh thanks to the support of the banking sector, including BIDV Ha Tinh. With access to preferential capital, the unit has gradually built and realized its business strategy by investing in automated production lines and equipment; researching and inventing new, high-quality drugs.

In addition, BIDV Ha Tinh lent HADIPHAR working capital to serve production and business, open a chain of stores to distribute products in many provinces and cities, and currently HADIPHAR branded products have been exported to Laos and Cambodia.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Trang - Deputy Director of BIDV Ha Tinh said: Over 6 decades of establishment and development, BIDV Ha Tinh has always received attention, leadership and close direction from the State Bank of Region 8 (formerly the State Bank of Ha Tinh Province) and BIDV Vietnam with timely and effective orientations, helping BIDV Ha Tinh synchronously implement credit programs, removing capital difficulties for businesses. As a leading state-owned commercial bank, BIDV Ha Tinh is always steadfast in its goal of taking customers as the center, creating the best conditions for businesses to grow, affirming its pioneering role in the economy. The branch's total outstanding debt currently reaches over VND 8,000 billion, of which corporate debt is over VND 3,300 billion.

Not only creating conditions for the business community to develop, but also in difficult times and incidents, BIDV Ha Tinh has timely solutions to overcome them. In the period of 2020 - 2023, many businesses in Ha Tinh were severely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. BIDV was one of the pioneering financial institutions to apply "cheap" credit programs, proactively reducing loan interest rates, restructuring debts, extending repayment periods... for business customers. It is the timely solutions from the "bank" that have partly helped businesses firmly overcome difficulties, gradually recover and develop.

Mr. Nguyen Phan Sang - Head of Corporate Customer Department 2 (BIDV Ha Tinh) informed: Every year, the branch actively participates in the conference connecting banks and businesses organized by the State Bank; considering this an opportunity to share and listen to the voices of entrepreneurs to enhance cooperation and development opportunities. In addition, BIDV has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, creating maximum conditions for young businesses to access credit capital as well as modern financial products and services.
