Northern region

The price of live pigs today (December 3, 2024) in the Northern region recorded a simultaneous increase of 1,000 VND/kg in the provinces of Hung Yen, Hai Duong , and Tuyen Quang.

Thus, Hung Yen and Hai Duong, along with Phu Tho and Thai Binh , are the provinces with the highest transaction prices in the region, all reaching VND63,000/kg. The price of live pigs in the remaining provinces fluctuates from VND61,000 - 62,000/kg.

Central Highlands region

Pig price today (December 3, 2024) in the Central Highlands region recorded no price adjustment like yesterday (December 2).

Currently, the price of live pigs in this area is fluctuating mainly from 60,000 - 63,000 VND/kg. Lam Dong has the highest price of live pigs in the area, reaching 63,000 VND/kg, slightly lower are Thanh Hoa and Binh Thuan , both reaching 62,000 VND/kg.

Southern region

Similar to the North, the price of live pigs in the Southern region today (December 3, 2024) recorded price fluctuations in the provinces of Dong Nai, Dong Thap, An Giang and Hau Giang.

Specifically, Dong Nai increased by 1,000 VND/kg, bringing the price of live pigs to 63,000 VND/kg, Dong Thap increased by 2,000 VND/kg, bringing the price of live pigs to 63,000 VND/kg. On the contrary, An Giang and Hau Giang provinces both decreased by 1,000 VND/kg, bringing the price of live pigs to 62,000 VND/kg and 61,000 VND/kg, respectively.

Currently, the price of live pigs in this area fluctuates from 61,000 - 63,000 VND/kg. Of which, Kien Giang still maintains the highest price in the country, with the price reaching 64,000 VND/kg.
