Binh Dinh auctions 228 land lots in September

There are 40 plots of land at the Residential planning point adjacent to the clean water plant, Kim Chau area, Binh Dinh ward, An Nhon town.

The land lots range in size from 100 to 182.2 square meters. Starting prices range from 5 to 6.6 million VND/square meter; equivalent to more than 577 million VND to more than 1.1 billion VND/lot. Auction participants must deposit an amount of 115 to 220 million VND/lot.

Auction form combines indirect voting auction with direct voting auction at the auction. Ascending bidding method, selling each lot separately. Auction location and price announcement at Minh Khai area headquarters, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street, Binh Dinh ward, An Nhon town.

The auction will take place at the People's Committee Hall of Cat Khanh Commune, Phu Cat District. The auction will be a combination of indirect voting and direct verbal bidding at the auction. The bidding method will be ascending, selling each lot separately.
