The report at the conference stated: Over the past 5 years, the Party Committee, the Command of the 15th Corps and the Party Committees and commanders at all levels have led, directed and implemented well the contents and targets of the emulation movement, many models and movements have been deployed, built, maintained and implemented well. The units have improved the effectiveness of mass mobilization work, promoted economic - political - cultural - social development, strengthened the relationship of solidarity and close ties between the army and the people, consolidated the strength of the great national solidarity bloc, contributed to maintaining political security, social order and safety in the area, contributed to building a strong and clean Party organization, a comprehensively strong agency and unit that is "exemplary and typical".
Agencies and units have coordinated with local Party committees, authorities, departments, branches and organizations to do a good job of propaganda and mobilization for cadres, soldiers, workers and people in the area to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; participate in building a strong political system at the grassroots level, especially in ethnic minority and religious areas, border areas; increase cadres and workers participating and taking on key positions in the political system in a number of communes, villages and hamlets. Currently, the unit participates in building and consolidating the political system, supporting 31 communes and wards, 197 Party cells, 85 other political and social organizations. Arrange 67 cadres and workers to participate in local political, social and mass organizations at all levels.
Agencies and units have closely coordinated the implementation of annual emulation movements, peak emulation periods, raids, emulation movements of all levels and sectors such as: Movements "Joining hands to build new rural areas", "Joining hands for the poor - Leaving no one behind", "All people unite to build a cultural life", "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas". Accordingly, mobilized nearly 250,000 working days to help villages and hamlets clean communal houses, cultural houses, public places, renovate mixed gardens, develop production, overcome the consequences of natural disasters, droughts, epidemics; cleared more than 60 km of border patrol roads; organized the planting of more than 40,000 trees, fruit trees of all kinds. The Army Corps supported the construction of civil works, supporting localities with an amount of 12.7 billion VND; Invested in repairing and renovating 165.3 km of roads and 85 bridges, worth nearly 120 billion VND. Supported the construction of 4 cultural communal houses, 21 lighting projects with a length of 45 km with a total amount of nearly 20 billion VND.
The Corps has led, directed, implemented, maintained and expanded many practical and effective "Smart Mass Mobilization" models such as: "Household Connection", "Military-Civilian Tet", "Vegetable Garden Connection", "Model Tree Garden", "Youth Farm", "Great Solidarity Breakfast". These effective models and methods have been recognized by local Party committees, authorities and people.
On this occasion, Army Corps 15 awarded certificates of merit to 18 collectives and individuals for their outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Skilled Civil Service", building "Good Civil Service Unit" for the period 2021-2025.
