Speaking at the opening of the session, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairwoman of the People's Council of Lang Biang Ward - Da Lat Tran Thi Chuc Quynh emphasized: The session took place at a time when the two-level local government apparatus was basically stable and smooth, meeting the assigned tasks. This session aimed to pass important resolutions, which were the basis and conditions for the two-level local government apparatus to come into operation, contributing to the successful implementation of the targets and goals for 2025.
In particular, timely allocation of the State budget revenue and expenditure estimates for 2025, allocation of capital for the national target program on socio-economic development in ethnic minority areas and some other important contents to improve implementation efficiency, contribute to removing difficulties for agencies and units in the process of operating the two-level government model, creating a legal corridor to promote rapid and sustainable development.
At the meeting, the People's Council of Lang Biang Ward - Da Lat reviewed and unanimously approved 5 important Resolutions, including: Resolution on the Working Regulations of the People's Council, the Standing Committee of the People's Council, the People's Council Committees, the People's Council Delegation and the People's Council Delegates of Lang Biang Ward - Da Lat, term I, term 2021-2026; Resolution on the Supervision Program of the Ward People's Council in 2026; Resolution on the allocation of the State budget revenue and expenditure estimates in 2025; Resolution on the allocation of career capital for the national target program on socio-economic development in ethnic minority areas; Resolution on converting villages of Lat commune (old) into residential groups of Lang Biang Ward - Da Lat.
The meeting also elected additional members of the People's Committee of Lang Biang Ward - Da Lat, term I, 2021-2026.
“To achieve the growth rate of total state budget revenue in the area in 2025 reaching and exceeding 5-10% of the assigned estimate; the growth rate of total product value in the area from 8-10%; average income per capita reaching 76.2 million VND/person/year; budget revenue exceeding the plan assigned by the superior, it is necessary to make efforts and have fundamental, effective solutions, high determination, and more drastic actions for each working position. In particular, promoting the responsibility of heads of specialized agencies in state management work in the locality; coordination work to promptly resolve and remove difficulties in site clearance to implement key projects and works of the ward; focusing on maximizing the exploitation of potentials and advantages to promote comprehensive and synchronous socio -economic development…”, in her closing speech at the meeting, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Lang Biang Ward - Da Lat Tran Thi Chuc Quynh emphasized.
Immediately after its establishment on July 1, 2025, the People's Council of Lang Biang Ward - Da Lat held its first meeting to approve the contents of the organization and apparatus arrangement of the ward after the arrangement to ensure the apparatus operates smoothly, effectively, efficiently and effectively.
