Having a world-class prestigious organization "test" is too certain, the product is recognized to have quality guaranteed by AV-TEST, then "selling like hotcakes" is in hand. But the market does not show that, with the price of 299,000 VND/year, Bkav Pro antivirus software is not chosen by many consumers, the revenue of BKAV's antivirus software business is decreasing.
Why is that, while on BKAV's side, CEO Nguyen Tu Quang always makes confident statements?

That is, in AV-TEST's November-December 2023 report, the rate of false detection of legitimate software as malware during system scans of BKAV version 8.2 on Windows was 190 cases in November and 84 cases in December, while the industry standard is only 17 cases in a month.
Such a false detection is a failure, users will not be able to trust an insecure software. This is the difficulty that Mr. Nguyen Tu Quang has to face.

Mr. Nguyen Tu Quang and his businesses must make excellent, outstanding products to have prestige in the market.
Furthermore, a huge challenge and increasing pressure in the competitive environment of technology products is that there are companies that do not make loud announcements, but they quietly create and make products that conquer the market.
Mr. Nguyen Tu Quang's BKAV probably needs to "close the door and practice" to achieve outstanding results, otherwise it will be difficult to gain a foothold in the technology market.
