Immediately after the unified policy of the Provincial Party Committee, the Quang Nam Provincial Military Command closely coordinated with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and related departments, branches and localities to implement the project; proactively invited consultants with capacity and experience in relic design, experts in architectural sculpture, and at the same time consulted with generals and heads of the Provincial Military Command through the periods to perfect the design and complete investment procedures.

The memorial project of the founding site of the Vu Hung Guerrilla Team - the predecessor of the People's Armed Forces of Quang Nam province has an appropriate investment scale, solemn architecture, traditional content and historical value, including: Monument, stele in the center, reception house combined with exhibition area, resting hut, garden, technical infrastructure and accompanying auxiliary works. The total investment of the project is expected to be 9 billion VND from the provincial budget.

The project is expected to be completed and put into use in the fourth quarter of 2025. This will be a red address in traditional education for the younger generation, a sacred cultural and historical symbol of the People's Armed Forces of Quang Nam province.

The project was started on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People's Armed Forces of Quang Nam province (May 4, 1945 / May 4, 2025).
