Responding to the Program to support the Cuban people with the theme "65 years of Vietnam - Cuba friendship" launched by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross , agencies and units of Division 968 mobilized 100% of officers and soldiers to donate a portion of their salaries and allowances to help share difficulties with the Cuban people.
