The summary report and discussion opinions at the conference emphasized: In recent years, the Party Committee, the Military Command of Tuyen Quang province and party committees at all levels have concretized the contents of Decree 76 into leadership resolutions and leadership regulations, in which the key and central contents are identified, taking the requirements of completing political tasks and improving soldiers' lives as the top goal.

Linking the emulation movements "The Army Logistics Sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings", "Building and managing regular, green, clean, and beautiful barracks", "The unit feeds troops well, manages military supplies well" with the implementation of the Emulation Movement to Win, creating motivation for agencies and units to successfully complete local defense and military tasks.

Standards and norms for military supplies, medical facilities, and barracks are fully guaranteed and in accordance with the regime; agencies and units have actively improved and prepared food, ensuring food hygiene and safety and improving the quality of meals for soldiers; the system of canteens and kitchens is regularly consolidated and improved in quality; 100% of units organize centralized kitchens and divide meals according to the prescribed quota. Do a good job of estimating and registering the size and quantity of military uniforms annually for officers and soldiers; organize reception and distribution according to regulations.

Speaking at the conference, Major General Nguyen Van Xuan commended and highly appreciated the results achieved by the Tuyen Quang Provincial Military Command in implementing Decree No. 76 of the Government; requested the Tuyen Quang Provincial Military Command to continue to closely coordinate with the functional agencies of the Military Region and the province in ensuring logistics; especially in preventing epidemics and diseases; building regular, green, clean and beautiful barracks.
