To share the difficulties, from the main support resource of the Women's Union of the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Public Security working group at UNMISS donated nearly 2,000 learning tools such as notebooks, pencils, chalk, marking pens, etc. to students and teachers of the two schools.

In addition, the mission police network also brought the students many toys such as skipping ropes, soccer balls, pens and coloring paper...

This is the third charity activity of the Vietnam Women's Union of the Ministry of Public Security, implemented on behalf of the working group.

The activity is expected to contribute to bringing faith and hope to African children who have suffered many disadvantages from civil wars and have to live in very difficult conditions in refugee camps.

June 16 is Day of African Children (DAC). On this day in 1976, in Soweto, South Africa, tens of thousands of African students marched to protest the poor quality of education for Africans and demand the right to learn in their own language. During two weeks of protests, more than 100 students were killed and more than 1,000 were injured. The Organization of African Unity (OAU) decided to make this day the Day of African Children, to raise awareness of the need to continue to improve the quality of education for children in this country.
