Therefore, large projects are required to register, small projects must notify.

This is extremely necessary not only for the management of the national power system, but also for the statistics of distributed power capacity for planning and load forecasting; ensuring technical safety and fire prevention, especially for systems with storage.

The Party and State's policy is to encourage the development of renewable energy, specifically rooftop solar power. This is not only a policy but also part of operating an effective circular economy .

The Ministry of Industry and Trade estimates that with about 14 million households installing rooftop solar power according to the adjusted Power Plan VIII, the total direct support for the 2025-2030 period could reach VND42,000 billion. This will be a big boost for farmers and cooperatives to boldly invest, both reducing production costs and contributing to building green agriculture .
