The Ministry of Public Security proposed to amend and supplement Clause 1, Article 43 of the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety in the direction that the inspection facility is responsible for the results of technical safety and environmental protection inspection of motor vehicles and specialized motorbikes.

At the same time, refuse to inspect the vehicle in the following cases: At the request of the prosecuting agencies; when the vehicle owner has not yet completed the request of the competent state agency to resolve the administrative violation in the field of road traffic order and safety; when there is a discrepancy in information between the vehicle registration certificate and the license plate and the actual vehicle when carrying out the inspection procedure; the vehicle registration certificate has not been reissued at the next inspection after the vehicle has been granted a certificate of renovation.

According to the leader of the Vietnam Register, the proposals of the Ministry of Public Security are consistent with the proposals of the Vietnam Register when giving comments on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety.
