Ministry of Industry and Trade revokes licenses of 4 petroleum distributors

The Ministry of Industry and Trade signed a decision to revoke the certificates of eligibility to be petroleum distributors of petroleum traders on May 15.

Specifically, Duc Hanh Company Limited (Hong Bang District, Hai Phong City). This enterprise has a business registration certificate issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Phong City on October 10, 2005, the 11th amendment on September 11, 2020. Certificate of eligibility to act as a petroleum distributor No. 263 issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade for the first time on February 26, 2020, the first amendment and supplement on November 24, 2020.

Decisions to revoke licenses of petroleum distributors this period at the request of the Domestic Market Department (Ministry of Industry and Trade)

Case 2 is Decision 1171 for Minh Phat Petroleum Trading and Transport Company Limited (Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City). The business registration certificate was first issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City on June 6, 2013, and the 6th change was made on December 22, 2022. Certificate of eligibility to act as a petroleum distributor No. 555 was issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade on January 27, 2023.

The third case is Decision 1172 for Petrolink Trading and Supply Company Limited (Ba Dinh District, Hanoi). The business registration certificate was first issued by the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment on November 13, 2019, and the third change was issued on March 10, 2021. Certificate of eligibility to act as a petroleum distributor No. 489 was issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade on January 10, 2022.

Previously, on May 7, the Ministry of Industry and Trade also issued Decision No. 1059 revoking the certificate of eligibility to act as a petroleum distributor for Ngoc Khanh Trading and Transport Services Joint Stock Company (Dien Ban town, Quang Nam province). The business registration certificate was first issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Quang Nam province on November 15, 2002, and was amended for the second time on April 21, 2023. The certificate of eligibility to act as a petroleum distributor No. 575 was supplemented and amended for the second time by the Minister of Industry and Trade on May 23, 2023.
