Colonel Phung Minh Nam, Deputy Division Commander of Division 312, said that the Division has proactively coordinated with the authorities and people of Trung Gia and Da Phuc communes, and the Defense Command of Region 1 - Soc Son to overcome the consequences of storms No. 10 and 11 and the post-storm circulation that caused widespread rain and flooding in the area.

The Division mobilized about 2,000 officers and soldiers: Regiment 141, Artillery Regiment 68, Engineer Battalion 17, Medical Battalion 24, Transport Battalion 25, Repair Company 26, Information Battalion 18... to organize the evacuation of nearly 300 households and their properties from flooded areas to safe places; placed sandbags to prevent water from overflowing the 10km long dike; helped people harvest 2 hectares of rice and crops...

After a short break, officers and soldiers of the Division continued to mobilize forces, coordinate with local militia to spread out in all directions, support the movement of materials at state agencies, medical stations, schools... to safety.
