Ministry of Education and Training plans to inspect and examine the 2025 High School Graduation Exam

According to the Plan for organizing inspection and examination of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam recently issued by the Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Education and Training will establish 15 inspection teams for exam preparation, 63 inspection teams for exam invigilation, 63 inspection teams for exam marking, and 5 teams for exam review inspection.

For exam preparation, the Ministry of Education and Training has established 15 inspection teams at 30 Departments of Education and Training (not including the delegations of the Minister and the National Steering Committee) in the three regions of the North, Central and South. The inspection period is expected to be from June 10 to June 23.

For exam supervision, the Ministry established 63 direct inspection teams at 63 departments of education and training and arranged at least 2 officers to directly inspect during exam supervision at an exam site.

For exam marking, the Ministry of Education and Training established 63 direct inspection teams at 63 departments of education and training, each team of 3 to 5 people mobilized by the Ministry from departments of education and training and training institutions.

The Ministry will establish five teams to review exam papers at 10 departments of education and training.

In addition to the inspection teams of the Ministry of Education and Training, there are also inspection teams of the Departments of Education and Training. The Provincial People's Committee or the Department of Education and Training establishes an inspection team to inspect the organization of writing essay test papers, marking essay tests, marking multiple-choice tests, and the merging of test papers and entering test scores by the Examination Council and related departments.

The Ministry of Education and Training and departments also prepare forces to establish inspection teams and conduct surprise inspections when there are signs of violations, according to feedback or according to the direction of leaders; prepare for situations of natural disasters, epidemics or other force majeure situations.

The Ministry of Education and Training requires the organization of inspection and examination activities for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam to comply with regulations, ensuring objectivity, accuracy, honesty, publicity, democracy, timeliness, and not hindering the normal operations of agencies, organizations, and individuals subject to inspection and examination.
