Implementing the OCOP program, the province has issued many mechanisms and policies to support localities in promoting their potential advantages to build and develop key local products, linked to the value chain and improve product quality. In the period of 2021-2025, the total support budget for the program reached over 30 billion VND.
To date, the province has nearly 200 products recognized as 3-star or higher OCOP products. Among them, many products are popular with consumers such as king oyster mushrooms of Phung Gia Mushroom Company Limited; wild flower honey, tacumin, cordyceps and royal jelly of Tam Dao Bee Joint Stock Company; Vinh Tuong purple sticky rice yogurt, drinking yogurt of Vinh Thinh Livestock and Milk Processing Joint Stock Company...
Along with building and developing products, the province always pays special attention to trade promotion and expanding the market for OCOP products, considering this as one of the key solutions to stabilize output, increase economic efficiency, and sustainably develop products.
The province has directed relevant authorities and localities and units to focus on promoting the role and significance of the OCOP Program to a wide range of people, organizations and businesses to raise awareness and mobilize the participation of the whole society for the program.
Some OCOP products of the province are displayed and introduced to a large number of people and tourists at IC4 Tam Dao Xanh Rest Stop, Kim Long town (Tam Duong).
From 2024 to present, the province has directed the organization of 9 booths to introduce and promote more than 100 OCOP products and agricultural products ensuring food safety to consumers in 9 districts and cities.
The diverse and rich display and introduction of products combined with direct promotion of products at the booth attracted tens of thousands of consumers to visit and buy products, thereby widely spreading the products to consumers in the province.
Organize conferences to connect and consume safe agricultural products with the participation of businesses, agricultural, forestry and fishery production facilities with distributors and collective kitchens in the province to connect and promote linkage from production to product consumption.
Along with promoting and expanding the domestic consumption market, the province always pays attention and focuses on introducing, promoting and promoting product consumption in the markets of provinces and cities across the country.

Organize delegations of a number of enterprises and production facilities of agricultural products, safe food, and OCOP products to promote trade, survey, and expand product consumption markets in the provinces of Thanh Hoa, Ninh Binh, Hung Yen , Tuyen Quang, Lao Cai, etc.
Propagating, guiding, and registering enterprises and cooperatives in the province to participate in trade conferences with the Chinese delegation of agricultural, forestry and fishery import enterprises in Lao Cai province; agricultural product trade promotion conferences in Hung Yen, Thanh Hoa, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, etc.
Guide and support production facilities and farming households to access information technology, digital transformation to create accounts, write articles, take photos, create videos promoting products and services to post on e-commerce platforms and social networks; solutions to use safe and reliable electronic payment methods for e-commerce transactions.
