Appointment of two Deputy Chiefs of the Dien Bien Provincial Office.

At the conference, representatives from the Department of Internal Affairs announced the decisions of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Bien province regarding the recruitment and appointment of officials to the position of Deputy Chief of the Office of the People's Committee of Dien Bien province.

The People's Committee of Dien Bien province has decided to accept and appoint Mr. Pham Hong Phong, Deputy Principal of the Dien Bien Provincial Political School, to the position of Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office.

Mr. Lo Van Cuong, Standing Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Bien province, presented the Decision to Mr. Pham Hong Phong.

At the same time, Mr. Trinh Van Hien, Head of the Economic Department of the Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee Office, was appointed as Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office. The term of appointment for these positions is 5 years.

According to Mr. Lo Van Cuong, in the context of increasingly high demands for advisory, synthesis, and support services for leadership and management, the leadership team of the Provincial People's Committee Office needs to continue to promote a sense of responsibility, proactiveness, political acumen, and professional competence to meet the requirements of the task.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Phu, Vice Chairman of the Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee, presented the Decision to Mr. Trinh Van Hien, Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office.

Mr. Lo Van Cuong requested that the newly appointed officials continue to leverage their work experience, maintain a spirit of unity, discipline, and administrative order, improve the quality of comprehensive advisory services, and effectively support the leadership and management of the Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee.

In his acceptance speech, Mr. Pham Hong Phong, the newly appointed Deputy Chief of the Office of the People's Committee of Dien Bien province, on behalf of the newly appointed officials, expressed gratitude for the trust placed in him by the Dien Bien provincial leadership.
