On June 25, the People's Procuracy of Da Nang City announced the decision to appoint the Chief Prosecutor and key leadership positions after the administrative boundary merger between Da Nang City and Quang Nam Province.

At the ceremony, the representative of the Supreme People's Procuracy announced the decision to appoint Mr. Tran Hoai Nam - Chief Prosecutor of the People's Procuracy of Quang Nam province (old) to hold the position of Chief Prosecutor of the People's Procuracy of Da Nang city (new). The decision takes effect from July 1, 2025, the official time of operation of the new local government model in the spirit of the Central Resolution.
Along with that, the Supreme People's Procuracy also awarded decisions to appoint 7 Deputy Chief Prosecutors and 12 Chief Prosecutors of areas under the Da Nang City People's Procuracy.
In his speech assigning tasks, Mr. Nguyen Quang Dung - Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy emphasized: The workload after the merger is very large, requiring the leadership of the new Da Nang City People's Procuracy to urgently start working to ensure smooth operations from July 1. He requested the entire industry to promote the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, and strive to overcome difficulties in the transition period.

Mr. Nam has 32 years of experience in the prosecution industry, having held many leadership positions at the People's Procuracy of Da Nang and Quang Nam.
On the same day, in Thai Nguyen province, the Supreme People's Procuracy held a ceremony to announce the Decision to appoint Mr. Ly Van Huan to the position of Chief Prosecutor of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Procuracy after the merger.
Attending the Conference were Mr. Nguyen Duy Giang - Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh - Permanent Vice Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee.

According to the Decision, Mr. Ly Van Huan - Chief Prosecutor of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Procuracy, was appointed to hold the position of Chief Prosecutor of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Procuracy (after the merger), from July 1. Along with that, 5 Deputy Chief Prosecutors of Thai Nguyen and Bac Kan Provincial People's Procuracy were appointed to hold the position of Deputy Chief Prosecutor of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Procuracy (after the merger).
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Duy Giang - Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy requested that officials in new positions and responsibilities continue to uphold their sense of responsibility, maintain their professional qualifications, and promote their professional capacity; focus on building a team of officials in the provincial Procuracy sector that is "united, responsible - disciplined, honest - courageous, and effective".
