Truong Tuoi Binh Phuoc confident to face Da Nang in play-off match

At the press conference before the 2024-2025 Sao Vang Beer play-off match between Da Nang and Truong Tuoi Binh Phuoc , coach Huynh Quoc Anh shared his emotions and determination before the key match for the whole season.

Coach Huynh Quoc Anh - who has been associated with Da Nang football for many years said that he aims to complete the team's mission instead of worrying about his feelings for Da Nang.

“With Da Nang, affection is obvious, my family and friends are all living here. However, as the coach of Binh Phuoc, I understand my job clearly, focusing completely on completing the goal of bringing the team up the league," Coach Quoc Anh shared.

The captain of Truong Tuoi Binh Phuoc emphasized that the play-off match is a single battle and every factor can make a difference. "Da Nang is a team with history and achievements. This is a match, not a long tournament. Each team has its own playing style and philosophy. We focus more on ourselves, instead of paying too much attention to our opponents," said coach Huynh Quoc Anh.

Meanwhile, goalkeeper Tan Truong said he is no stranger to the pressure and importance of crucial matches like this. Tan Truong shared: "I have played in many big matches, this is not the first time I have played in the First Division or the first time I have played in the play-off. The first time I helped Dong Thap win 1-0 at Thong Nhat Stadium was in 2008. Therefore, I have experience and will try my best to help a First Division team win the right to be promoted to the V-League for the second time."

Binh Phuoc offered 10 billion VND if they beat Da Nang. Goalkeeper Tan Truong said that this large bonus is a motivation, not a pressure. "The leaders, players and coaching staff have all prepared since the beginning of the season.
