Supplementing land plots for bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land

The Provincial People's Council has just issued Resolution No. 37/NQ-HDND on the list of additional land plots to be auctioned to select investors to implement investment projects using land in the province. This Resolution was approved by the 10th Provincial People's Council, 23rd Session (special session) on April 24, 2025 and takes effect from the date of approval.

Accordingly, the list of 25 additional land plots for bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land in the province was approved in Resolution No. 01/NQ-HDND dated January 24, 2025 of the Provincial People's Council with a total area of ​​4,878.76 hectares. Specifically, Thu Dau Mot City has 3 land plots with an area of ​​106.28 hectares; Tan Uyen City has 6 land plots with an area of ​​1,205.4 hectares; Di An City has 9 land plots with an area of ​​82.98 hectares; Bac Tan Uyen District has 3 land plots with an area of ​​1,076.1 hectares; Dau Tieng District has 4 land plots with an area of ​​2,408 hectares.
