UTme! T-shirt collection specially inspired by the beauty of Hue

(To Quoc) - To celebrate the grand opening of the UNIQLO AEON MALL Hue store on March 28, 2025, UNIQLO is launching a special UTme! collection, featuring designs inspired by the beauty of local culture, life, and cuisine .

Located in AEON Mall Hue – the largest integrated shopping mall in Central Vietnam – the store boasts a retail floor area of ​​approximately 1,000 m2, showcasing the full range of UNIQLO LifeWear products along with world-class services. The new store is expected to provide a convenient and diverse shopping experience, while also contributing to economic and cultural development and creating job opportunities for local workers.

During the grand opening, UNIQLO also officially introduced the UTme! T-shirt collection with 6 designs celebrating the beauty of local culture, life, and cuisine, created by two young artists born and raised in Hue . The collection will be available for purchase from March 28, 2025, exclusively at the UNIQLO AEON MALL Hue store.

Inspired by characteristic items of Hue such as the "left-leaning pillow," the "lung tung" drum, and the Thanh Tien paper flowers, the three designs by author Le Trong Hoang are a journey of discovery of cultural "treasures" - places where the soul, memory, and creativity of the ancient capital converge. At the same time, they are also a tribute to the artisans who are silently keeping the flame of Hue culture alive.

Also exploring the theme of traditional craft villages, author Le Trang (Le Thi Anh Trang) chose the image of the conical hat – an image closely associated with life and a symbol of Hue women. In addition, familiar Hue dishes also appear in the collection through two designs: a bowl of Hue beef noodle soup and a platter of Banh Beo, Nam, and Loc cakes.
