Among the many winter fashion options, there are products that stand out with their simplicity and technology. Uniqlo is one of them.
From the Heattech thermal shirt to the Pufftech quilted jacket, Uniqlo has redefined warm clothing, helping millions of people around the world get through the cold season in a lighter, more comfortable and more fashionable way.

The undiminished appeal of Uniqlo's thermal shirt line
Born in 2003, the result of many years of research with partner Toray Industries, Heattech has become a symbol of pioneering heat-retaining technology, affirming the ability to keep warm with just one layer of Uniqlo fabric.
During the collaboration between Uniqlo and Toray, many ideas and over 10,000 prototypes were tested to create the first complete Heattech thermal shirt. This effort resulted in the birth of Heattech, a thin, light, comfortable yet warm material, opening a new chapter in winter-warming clothing at an accessible price.
Over time, Toray's expertise has allowed Uniqlo to innovate and improve the Heattech product line, offering three levels of warmth to suit a variety of temperatures: Heattech Jersey - for use when temperatures are below 20 degrees Celsius to 5 degrees Celsius, Heattech Extra Warm - for cold days from 15 degrees Celsius down to -5 degrees Celsius, Heattech Ultra Warm - keeps warm when temperatures drop to minus 20 degrees Celsius.
22 years after creating Heattech, Uniqlo continues to innovate so that Heattech continues to meet the needs of wearers in modern life.
This winter, Uniqlo has added Heattech Cashmere blend to its men's line, creating a more premium and fashionable thermal shirt that still keeps the body warm on cold days.

The Heattech Extra Warm Cashmere Blend Sweater uses yarn about half as thin as that used in a regular Cashmere sweater, with the standard warmth of the Heattech Extra Warm line at only about 70% the weight.
The standout feature of this jacket is the comfort and lightness that only Cashmere can provide. To create the Heattech Cashmere blend that many are experiencing this winter, Uniqlo went through multiple selections to find the ideal raw wool, used AI to verify the uniformity of the weave, and even designed the dyeing machine to reduce the load on the fabric as much as possible.

Enjoy a lighter winter with the Pufftech quilted jacket
Along with that, Pufftech - the latest collaboration between Uniqlo and Toray Industries - is Uniqlo's attempt to deliver a warm yet lightweight winter coat, using a synthetic fiber that mimics the structure of natural feathers.

Thanks to the ultra-thin fiber structure, only 1/5 the thickness of a human hair, and the 3D spiral hollow design like a spring, this fiber can retain a large amount of air for insulation purposes and create warmth. The product is lightweight, helping the wearer solve the inconvenience of thick, heavy down jackets in winter.

Pufftech uses synthetic fibers so it can be easily hand washed at home with warm water and gently rubbed on stains without losing its shape. This product line also dries faster than products using feathers.
In the air condition when drying Pufftech women's vest is 20 degrees Celsius and air humidity 65%, the product can dry after drying overnight. At the same time, the outer fabric and inner synthetic fiber are also waterproof, helping the shirt to retain its ability to keep warm even in sudden light rain.
