The training aims to foster and improve awareness and professional qualifications on e-Government and digital government development associated with information security for information technology forces at focal points under the Ministry of National Defense , meeting the requirements of the task of promoting digital transformation throughout the army.
At the same time, gradually build and form a team of specialized cadres on digital transformation in agencies and units, as a basis for promoting the "Digital Education for the People" Movement in the Army.

The training program includes 8 topics that have been developed and carefully prepared by Command 86 in coordination with the General Department of Logistics and Engineering, the Solutions-Enterprises Corporation under the Military Industry-Telecoms Group ( Viettel ) and the Military Technical Academy with many new and important contents in the field of digital transformation such as: Platform to serve the "Digital Education for the People" Movement in the Army; guidance on implementing planning and disseminating a number of technical regulations related to data centers and server rooms in the Ministry of National Defense; guidance on data development, application of artificial intelligence to exploit data and build smart operating centers based on digital data; introduction of information security and safety solutions in the Ministry of National Defense...

The leaders of Command 86 assessed that during the two days of organization, the training course achieved its objectives and requirements. In the process of imparting the topics, the teachers integrated theoretical content well with the introduction of digital transformation models and solutions of units inside and outside the Army that have been effectively deployed in practice, helping students to easily absorb and quickly deploy them at their units.
The team of trainees promoted a sense of responsibility, focused, seriously listened to the entire content conveyed; actively exchanged, discussed, and interacted multi-dimensionally on new and complex issues related to the field of digital transformation. After completing the training, they were able to apply the knowledge they learned to effectively implement digital transformation tasks at their units.
