Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism announces 28 priority administrative procedures to be implemented in the electronic environment

One of the priority administrative procedures performed online is the procedure for granting film classification licenses.

According to the Decision, the list of priority administrative procedures to be implemented in the electronic environment in 2023 of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism includes:

1. Procedures for granting international travel service business license.

2. Procedures for re-issuing international travel service business license.

3. Procedures for granting and changing international travel service business licenses.

4. Procedures for revoking international travel service business licenses in case the enterprise ceases its travel service business activities.

5. Procedures for revoking international travel service business licenses in case of enterprise dissolution.

6. Procedures for revoking international travel service business licenses in case of enterprise bankruptcy.

7. Procedures for recognizing tourist accommodation establishments: 4-star and 5-star for hotels, tourist villas, tourist apartments, and tourist accommodation ships.

8. Procedures for establishing representative offices in Vietnam of foreign tourism agencies, international and regional tourism organizations.

9. Procedures for recognizing the National Sports Association's Organizing Committee.

10. Procedures for hosting championships and youth championships of each sport at regional, continental and world levels held in Vietnam.

11. Procedures for hosting annual national championships and national youth championships for each sport.

12. Procedures for organizing art performances within the framework of international cooperation of specialized associations on performing arts under the Central Government and public service units with the function of performing arts under the Central Government.

13. Procedures for organizing national and international competitions and festivals of professional associations on performing arts under the Central Government and public service units with the function of performing arts under the Central Government.

14. Procedures for granting licenses to import cultural products, which are audio and video recordings of performing arts for non-commercial purposes, are under the authority of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
