Training and improving service management capacity for cooperatives

(CT) - The Can Tho City Cooperative Alliance has just coordinated with the Southern Vocational College and Cooperative Cadre Training Center to organize a "Training course on service management in cooperatives in 2025" for more than 40 managers of agricultural and non-agricultural cooperatives in the city.

Many cooperative officials and managers attended the training course on service management in cooperatives in 2025.

The content of the training course mainly disseminates policies and guidelines on the development of collective economy and cooperatives, in order to help cooperative managers and operators update information, organize activities in accordance with regulations and in line with development requirements in the new period. At the same time, trainees are also trained in professional knowledge on how to organize services and administration in cooperatives, thereby helping cooperative managers and operators improve their management capacity, build and develop effective member services at their units...

Within the framework of the training course, the trainees also visited the actual model at Duong Go Lo Agricultural Cooperative, Giong Rieng district, Kien Giang province. This is one of the typical cooperatives of Kien Giang province, operating effectively during the renovation period, such as doing well in service stages from irrigation pumping, land preparation, signing contracts for input material supply to harvesting and consuming output products, bringing optimal benefits to cooperative members.
