According to Phuoc Tan 1 Secondary School (Phuoc Tan Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province), on the morning of October 29, more than 2,600 students (morning and afternoon shifts) of the school had to stay home from school due to flooding of the entire school yard.
The reason is that last night the flood water of Buong River rose, causing flooding in many residential areas and in the yard of Phuoc Tan 1 Secondary School at a level of more than half a meter.
