BPTV launches new digital content channel

After a trial period, the BPTV digital content channel was officially launched on September 1, 2024 on the digital infrastructure of TikTok, Youtube, Facebook, to serve the public to watch news and entertainment, culture, travel , review, BPTV behind-the-scenes, healing, motivational content...

As of the end of July 2024, BPTV's social media platforms are all ranked high in the rankings of digital platforms of local Party newspapers with the highest number of followers (according to ONECMS data).

Specifically, BPTV's Binh Phuoc Television TikTok channel operating at www.tiktok.com/@thbinhphuoc.mcv is ranked 1st in the top 10 local Party newspaper TikTok channels with the highest number of followers with more than 619 thousand followers and 6.6 million likes. BPTV's TikTok is also one of the very few Party newspaper TikTok channels nationwide that has been certified with a blue tick.

Meanwhile, the Binh Phuoc Newspaper fanpage currently has 143 thousand followers and the Binh Phuoc Television fanpage has 165 thousand followers, also ranked 6th out of 63 local Party newspapers in terms of the number of followers. BPTV's YouTube channel operating at www.youtube.com/@truyenhinhbinhphuoc is ranked 3rd in the top 10 local Party newspapers with the highest number of followers with more than 178 thousand followers. The channel achieved the silver button and blue tick in mid-2023.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Provincial Party Committee member, Director - Editor-in-Chief of BPTV Nguyen Thi Minh Nham said that the explosion of social networks and products of digital technology and AI technology is a big challenge for journalists. The official launch of the digital content channel BPTV digital not only helps BPTV affirm its position, but also contributes significantly to spreading official and oriented information to the public. At the same time, it performs well the political and propaganda tasks to better meet the people's entertainment and information needs, enhancing the position and prestige of the agency to develop the press economy.

Director - Editor-in-Chief of BPTV Nguyen Thi Minh Nham acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of 22 officials, employees, and dedicated collaborators to launch the BPTV digital channel to the public. This is also an opportunity for journalists to change and adapt to keep up with trends and get closer to the public.

So from today, BPTV's digital infrastructure such as Tiktok, You Tube, Facebook has 2 channels: Channel 1, has existed for a long time: Binh Phuoc Television, Binh Phuoc Newspaper, Binh Phuoc Radio, focusing on political tasks, reporting news and events, current affairs. Channel 2, new channel: BPTV digital, providing information about culture, tourism, reviews, BPTV backstage, healing, inspiration, positive energy..., this is a new entertainment channel on BPTV's digital platform.
