A historic milestone for BTS globally.
BTS's song "Swim" has officially surpassed 500 million streams on Spotify. Currently, it's the first song released this year to reach this record milestone. Therefore, this achievement confirms the K-pop group's dominant position. The song is the title track from their fifth studio album, "Arirang." The vibrant alternative pop melody conveys a message of overcoming life's challenges. Notably, the meaningful lyrics were co-written by group leader RM.

BTS has dominated the charts since their album Arirang.
Upon its release in March, the album "Arirang" continuously set a series of brilliant milestones. It made history by holding the number one spot on the Billboard 200 for three consecutive weeks. Furthermore, the hit single "Swim" impressively topped the prestigious Billboard Hot 100 chart. This resounding success gave BTS their seventh number one single. Moreover, all the other songs on the album surpassed 100 million streams.
Besides the title track, other songs also recorded incredibly impressive listen counts. For example, "Body to Body" and "Hooligan" have both surpassed 200 million streams. Even the unique experimental track "No. 29" easily garnered hundreds of millions of listens.
