Director Hoang Cong Cuong said that he and supermodel Ha Vy - the two creators of the program "Heritage Footsteps" - were very happy and excited because their contributions to culture and fashion were recognized by the foreign information award. That is a great honor for artists.
"'The award categories in recent years have mostly focused on journalism, television... bringing foreign information. This year, the only consolation prize category has a program bringing the spirit of art and fashion to promote Vietnamese culture to the world , which is very special.
Our team is very proud that on the award night, two fashion collections made from silk and brocade of Vietnamese ethnic groups, designed by Vu Viet Ha and La Pham and performed in the program "Steps of Heritage", were reintroduced for the audience to enjoy.

In the context of a rather difficult economy , "Heritage Steps" is the brainchild, desire, and dream of me and Ha Vy. We will continue our journey to bring the show to many places in Vietnam and the world. Our next plan is March next year, "Heritage Steps" No. 2 will return with a new look, with many notable highlights".
"Heritage Steps" is the only program connecting fashion with heritage that is honored.
"Heritage Footsteps" is a program connecting fashion with heritage, taking place on October 20, 2022 at the Quintessence of Vietnamese Craft Villages Center - Bat Trang. Hoang Cong Cuong and Ha Vy wish to bring fashion footsteps to heritage lands, to combine and honor the eternal sustainable values of the nation.
Accordingly, the cultural quintessence of each region will be a strong source of inspiration for designers to create artistic fashion works. The program brings together prestigious designers with their own style and a common love and burning desire for national culture and art.
