A turning point in land management.

From January 1, 2026, the old land price system under the 2013 Land Law will expire. Land prices will no longer be issued every five years as before, and there will no longer be a land price framework. Instead, the new land price system will be built according to market principles and updated annually to closely follow market fluctuations. This is considered a fundamental reform in land policy.
