
Previously, on May 14, the Standing Committee of the Tan Bang Commune Party Committee sent an official dispatch to the Thoi Binh District Party Committee requesting to organize for cadres, civil servants and part-time workers at the commune and hamlet levels to visit and learn from experiences in Tay Ninh and Ba Ria - Vung Tau provinces from May 23 to 25.
Although the Standing Committee of Thoi Binh District Party Committee has not yet given its opinion, on May 23 (Friday, a normal working day), the Standing Committee of Tan Bang Commune Party Committee still organized the delegation to go.
In response to the incident, the Standing Committee of Thoi Binh District Party Committee "seriously criticized and learned from experience" the Standing Committee of Tan Bang Commune Party Committee.
At the same time, the Standing Committee of Thoi Binh District Party Committee requested that agencies, units, organizations and individuals in the district's political system not use State budget funds to organize tours and study experiences without permission from competent authorities.
Previously, on May 16, speaking with SGGP Newspaper, Mr. Vo Van Do, Vice Chairman of Phu Tan District People's Council (Ca Mau Province) confirmed that he had just organized for Phu Tan District People's Council delegates to learn about spiritual tourism development experience in Con Dao District (Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province). Specifically, the trip lasted from March 21 to March 23, with a total of 22 people, including 4 people who were not People's Council delegates.
After the Phu Tan District People's Council delegation went to learn from experience, on April 5, the Phu Tan District Women's Union delegation also went to Phu Quoc Island (Kien Giang Province) to return to the traditional education source. The delegation had 27 people, of which 9 were the correct members (using 30 million from the district's women's advancement fund).
In addition, after the Central Government's policy of dissolving the district level, there are still some units organizing trips to learn from experience and resources such as: U Minh District People's Council organized 2 groups to learn from Con Dao's experience on March 30 and April 13, each group went for 3 days.
