Fourth, recommending competent state agencies to issue decisions to destroy goods that do not meet technical regulations and other provisions of relevant laws and cannot be repaired or remedied.

The owner of the digital platform serving electronic transactions is responsible for complying with the provisions of law on electronic transactions, e-commerce and other relevant legal provisions.
