Women's Unions at all levels support people to perform public services online

CTTĐT - Implementing the direction of the Provincial Party Committee and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lao Cai province on promoting the use of online public services, the Standing Committee of the Lao Cai Provincial Women's Union (LPWU) has issued a document directing all levels of the Union to participate in the "30-day and night" peak period to support people in using online public services, taking place from July 25 to August 25, 2025.

With the goal of improving the efficiency of accessing and using online public services, the Provincial Women's Union clearly identifies the pioneering role of the organization in propaganda, guidance and support for people to carry out digital administrative procedures. The focus of propaganda is to clarify the practical benefits of online public services: fast, transparent, convenient and time-saving.

During the peak period, the Women's Union at all levels will focus on promoting communication through many forms: Zalo groups, Facebook fanpages and integrating them into branch, club and women's group meetings to disseminate knowledge and provide direct guidance on how to perform online administrative procedures such as: birth registration, marriage registration, citizen identification card issuance, marital status confirmation...

The Women's Union of the commune propagates and guides members to carry out administrative procedures through online public services at the meeting of the Hin Lan village branch, Lam Thuong commune.

The Women's Union of Nam Chay commune propagates and guides the implementation of online public services for women's union members in the commune.

The Women 's Union will support people in performing operations and submitting documents online at the public administrative service center (DVHCC) at the commune and ward levels. Mobilize 100% of members to perform online public services at home for all procedures .

Thuong Ha Commune Women's Union provides guidance and support for people to perform online public services at home.

In particular, each grassroots association will send at least 02 capable and dedicated staff or members to join the local digital transformation support team. These teams operate under the coordination of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and closely coordinate with public service staff to guide and support people to perform online public services effectively and practically.

Tan Linh Commune Women's Union supports people in declaring procedures at the commune's public administrative service center.

The proactive and timely implementation of the Women's Union at all levels not only contributes to increasing the rate of using online public services in the province, but also clearly affirms the role, responsibility and adaptive capacity of Lao Cai women in the national digital transformation process.
