Driving training facilities must complete the adjustment of training programs according to regulations of the Ministry of Construction before September 1.

Khanh Hoa Department of Construction has just issued a document deploying key tasks in driver training in the province.

Accordingly, driving training facilities are required to strictly comply with regulations related to driver training of the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety, Decree No. 160 dated December 18, 2024 of the Government regulating driver training and testing activities, Circular No. 14 dated June 30, 2025 of the Ministry of Construction regulating driver training. Regularly review and invest in upgrading facilities, equipment, and driving practice vehicles; teachers serving teaching must meet the prescribed standards; commit to ensuring the number of teachers and driving practice vehicles to meet the actual training volume at the training facility as prescribed. At the same time, regularly invest in, maintain and upgrade the information system for managing and supervising driver training at the facility; receive and organize the implementation of application software transferred by the Vietnam Road Administration.

Driver training establishments need to proactively study and review the regulations in Circular No. 14 of the Ministry of Construction to develop a form of organization, detailed driver training programs, training methods and plans to ensure compliance with each driver's license class, and send them to the Department of Construction for inspection and evaluation according to regulations. From September 1, 2025, training establishments that have not completed the construction and adjustment of the form of organization and detailed training programs according to the provisions of Circular No. 14 of the Ministry of Construction will not be allowed to organize the opening of new courses.

Driving training establishments must publicly, fully and clearly post tuition fees, charges and other service fees (if any) in accordance with current regulations at the location of receiving documents and on the unit's media. The establishments must collect tuition fees at the announced level, for the correct subjects and training content; and take full responsibility for the accuracy, completeness and honesty of data related to the learning process, practice and training results of the students.
