Accordingly, the Military Council of units in Lai Chau Provincial Border Guard in the past term has regularly grasped the regulations and instructions of superiors, closely followed the political tasks of the Provincial Border Guard Command; done a good job of informing, propagating, and informing the tasks and policies to the subjects. Units are united internally, soldiers clearly identify their tasks, feel secure in their work, promote their roles and responsibilities, strictly comply with discipline and laws, and ensure safety in all aspects...  

Timely deploy and thoroughly grasp documents from superiors on force building and organization, especially after implementing the 2-level local government model, and reorganize local military agencies and the Border Guard to be streamlined, strong, and meet requirements and tasks in the new situation.  

The Military Council of the General Staff for the 2025-2028 term was introduced to the congress.

With the spirit of solidarity, creativity, promoting democracy and upholding responsibility, the Congress elected the Board of Directors; elected the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for the 2025 - 2028 term with a high number of votes of confidence.
