Resorts in Bai Dai area need to actively respond to tourism promotion activities of the province.

On the morning of July 6, Khanh Hoa Department of Tourism held a meeting with the CEOs of hotels and resorts in Bai Dai (Cam Lam and Cam Ranh). Attending the meeting were leaders of Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Tourism Association, Khanh Hoa Culinary Culture Association and representatives of 13 resorts in Bai Dai.

At the meeting, the leaders of the Department of Tourism informed about the results of tourism activities in the first 6 months of 2023 and the direction of tourism development in the coming time. Also at the meeting, representatives of resorts in Bai Dai suggested that resorts in Bai Dai need to cooperate to organize programs and events to promote tourism, such as inviting international journalists to experience and promote tourism in Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa; organizing music , culinary culture, sports events... to increase attraction to tourists. In addition, representatives of resorts proposed that Khanh Hoa tourism industry needs to promote Bai Dai as a high-class resort; MICE tourism; calling for investment in entertainment and shopping areas in Bai Dai...

Speaking at the end of the meeting, the leaders of the Department of Tourism praised the efforts of the resorts in Bai Dai in organizing tourism business activities as well as environmental protection activities. At the same time, the leaders of the Department of Tourism suggested that the resorts also need to participate in promotional programs, because all units benefit from visitors to Khanh Hoa; invest in building more entertainment services according to the direction of the province's night-time economic development project... In addition, the Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Tourism Association also needs to approach investors and managers of resorts in Bai Dai, mobilize resorts in Bai Dai to actively participate in tourism events of the province; act as a bridge for units in the tourism industry (transportation, travel, accommodation...) to connect, increasing the attraction of Khanh Hoa tourism.

In the first 6 months of the year, Khanh Hoa tourism industry has grown strongly and achieved outstanding results. Accordingly, the total number of visitors in the province is estimated at over 2.78 million, up 165.3% over the same period. Of which, international visitors are estimated at over 780 thousand, up 17.6 times over the same period; domestic visitors are estimated at over 1.9 million, up 99.3% over the same period. Tourism revenue is estimated at about 12,565.7 billion VND, up 126.2% over the same period.
