The aim of the above policies is to attract human resources, especially high-quality human resources to work in enterprises in the province. The policies contribute to reducing difficulties for students and new graduates to work, encourage them to study high-quality programs, create conditions for enterprises in the province to access, recruit and use high-quality human resources to serve production; support vocational training for self-employed workers, self-finding new jobs and developing existing jobs to increase income and stabilize life.
Thanks to efforts in enrollment, in the 2024-2025 school year, the province has more than 41,000 students registered to participate in vocational training at vocational education institutions at college, intermediate and elementary levels, mainly in the fields of industrial electricity, automotive technology, refrigeration and air conditioning engineering, etc.
In the 2025-2026 school year, vocational training institutions in the province strive to enroll students at a rate equal to or higher than the previous school year, associated with promoting job creation to effectively serve the province's industrialization and modernization, increasingly better meet the needs of investors and employers, promote socio-economic development and expand the social security net.
