Documents demonstrate 'strategic vision, innovative spirit, high political determination'

(Chinhphu.vn) - The Political Report and Action Program demonstrated strategic vision, innovative spirit, high political determination, clearly identified 6 key tasks, 3 strategic breakthroughs; towards building a creative, honest, action-oriented Government serving the people.

On the afternoon of October 12, at the discussion session of the 1st Government Party Congress, term 2025-2030, delegates of Discussion Group No. 6 focused on giving comments on the draft documents of the Government Party Congress and the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress, with many dedicated, specific and profound opinions, demonstrating the spirit of innovation, determination and close adherence to the Government's operational practices.

Discussion Group No. 6 consists of 4 delegations ( Ministry of Justice , Vietnam Chemical Group, Vietnam National Shipping Lines and Vietnam Airports Corporation) with a total of 32 comrades, with the participation of comrade Le Thanh Long, Deputy Prime Minister; comrade Nguyen Hai Ninh, member of the Government Party Executive Committee, Party Secretary, Minister of Justice as Group Leader.

Comrade Nguyen Hai Ninh assessed that the reports and comments presented at the group were carefully prepared, serious, scientific, and of good quality. The comments were very specific and outstanding.

In particular, the members of the Unified Group assessed that in the past term, the Government had done a lot of work, had many outstanding achievements, many of which had been resolved in many terms. Therefore, there needs to be a more prominent and clear recognition and demonstration to accurately assess the reality.

"We do not paint a rosy picture but need to properly evaluate the Government's efforts during this term," comrade Nguyen Hai Ninh emphasized.

Delegates also emphasized the need to have regulations and institutionalize the Party's policies into State laws regarding new orientations and very new policies and viewpoints of the Party on private economic development and state economic development, so that these two economic sectors can resonate with each other, in order to complete the development and double-digit growth goals in the coming term.

Strategic vision, innovative spirit, high political determination

Delegates at Group 6 all highly agreed with the Political Report, Review Report, Draft Resolution and Action Program submitted to the 1st Government Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

In particular, the Political Report and Action Program demonstrated strategic vision, innovation spirit, high political determination, clearly identified 6 key tasks, 3 strategic breakthroughs; towards building a creative, honest, action-oriented Government serving the people; promoting digital transformation, green transformation, and sustainable development.

Regarding the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress, through research and discussion, the delegates of Group 6 also highly agreed with the structure, content and innovative spirit of the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress, assessing these as documents with strategic vision, deeply summarizing practices, creatively developing theories on socialism and the path to socialism in the new period.

The documents comprehensively reflect the achievements of 40 years of renovation, affirming that the Party's renovation policy is correct and creative; the country develops rapidly, sustainably, independently and more autonomously; its international position and prestige are enhanced; people's lives are improved; and people's trust in the Party and State continues to be consolidated.

Opinions agreed that, in the context of the rapidly changing and complex world and regional situation, the documents demonstrate dialectical and scientific thinking, steadfastness in goals, flexibility in leadership methods, and meeting the requirements of national development in the new period.

Delegates also highly agreed with the five guiding viewpoints and general goals, especially the viewpoint of " Development for stability and stability for rapid and sustainable development of the country "; the goal of becoming a modern industrialized country with high average income by 2030; and becoming a developed country with high income by 2045, for a prosperous and happy Vietnam, firmly moving towards socialism.

At the same time, delegates agreed on 13 development orientations for the 2026-2030 period, considering this a comprehensive orientation, covering key areas; emphasizing institutional improvement, innovation of growth models based on science and technology, innovation, digital transformation, green transformation, cultural and human development, ensuring progress and social justice; strengthening national defense, security, foreign affairs, international integration; continuing to build a clean, strong and comprehensive socialist rule-of-law Party and State.
