Training on fertilizer sampling according to legal regulations

On the morning of October 13, in Lam Vien ward - Da Lat, the Department of Crop Production and Plant Protection in coordination with the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Lam Dong opened a training course on fertilizer sampling according to legal regulations.

The training course aims to improve knowledge, serve the inspection and examination of fertilizer products, protect consumer rights, help farmers choose suitable products, avoid fake and poor quality goods.

The training course included 152 people, including experts from Lam Dong Department of Crop Production and Plant Protection, leaders of the Economic Department, agricultural officers and experts, and police from wards, communes, and Phu Quy special zone, Lam Dong province.

Mr. Nghiem Quang Tuan, Deputy Director of the Department of Crop Production and Plant Protection, emphasized that taking fertilizer samples for testing in accordance with the law aims to protect the rights and legitimate interests of organizations, individuals, consumers and producers.

During the period from October 13 to 17, experts from the Department of Crop Production and Plant Protection and the National Fertilizer Testing Center will present the following topics: Current legal regulations on fertilizers, national technical regulations on fertilizer quality, plant nutrition, and practical instructions on field sampling of fertilizers...

Mr. Nguyen Hoang Phuc, Deputy Director of Lam Dong Department of Agriculture and Environment, hopes that through the training course, localities will proactively and more effectively implement fertilizer management.

At the opening ceremony, Mr. Nghiem Quang Tuan, Deputy Director of the Department of Crop Production and Plant Protection, emphasized: Taking fertilizer samples with incorrect techniques can lead to incorrect analysis results, affecting the effectiveness of management work as well as the rights and legitimate interests of organizations and individuals producing and trading in fertilizers and users.
