Training to raise awareness of legal aid for 250 people in Muong Thanh commune

On the morning of October 10, Legal Aid Center No. 3, Phu Tho province coordinated with the Department of Dissemination, Legal Education and Legal Aid (Ministry of Justice) to organize a training conference to raise awareness of legal aid in ethnic minority and mountainous areas for 250 people who are grassroots officials and prestigious people in the community in Muong Thanh commune.

Legal aid work is a major policy of the Party and State to ensure human rights, civil rights and is a part of the overall policy of hunger eradication and poverty reduction, gratitude, ethnic policy and demonstrates a profound humanitarian spirit, contributing to ensuring social justice. Organizing training conferences in Muong Thanh not only helps grassroots officials and prestigious people in the community improve their legal knowledge, but also creates conditions for them to promote their role as a bridge to bring the law on legal aid closer to the people, especially ethnic minorities, the poor, people with revolutionary contributions and vulnerable groups in society when implementing the 2-level local government model.
