Speaking at the program, Mr. Tran Xuan Toan - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Tuoi Tre Newspaper emphasized that the project's goal is to accompany business households in the journey of digital transformation, expanding business in the online environment and e-commerce. In the context of declining purchasing power at traditional markets, changing business methods to adapt to new consumer trends is urgent.
According to Ms. Tran Bich Ngoc - Deputy Head of Policy Department, Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy , about 70% of young consumers (from generation 9X to 2K) currently choose to shop online, pay online and have products delivered to their doorstep. Sales methods are also increasingly diverse, from websites, e-commerce platforms to social networks and livestream. Switching to online sales helps businesses reach more customers, increase revenue, build brands and develop sustainably.

Ms. Tran Bich Ngoc - Deputy Head of Policy Department, Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy shared information at the program.
The representative of the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy also noted that online business households need to fully fulfill their tax obligations, declare and pay taxes based on actual revenue, issue electronic invoices and report periodically. At the same time, sellers must be honest when promoting products on social networks, publicly disclose the origin, uses, and selling prices; do not exaggerate information, especially for sensitive products that must have licenses and certificates of conformity according to regulations.

Young people enthusiastically attended the program.
The program also provides a lot of practical knowledge about e-commerce trends, the digital consumer shopping journey, tips for building a professional booth and tools to support businesses.
In the coming time, the Edugame series "Upgrade - Upgrade" will continue to be expanded to many localities, with practical topics on digital skills, governance, and law, contributing to promoting digital transformation in the business household community, building a strong private economy.
