Statistics show that global e-commerce revenue in 2025 is expected to reach 6.86 trillion USD. AI helps personalize customer experience, supports 24/7 care via chatbot. At the same time, optimizes operations such as inventory prediction, adjusts selling prices and promotions as well as automatically creates content, from product images, promotional videos to detailed descriptions.

However, Mr. Long also noted that businesses need to approach AI responsibly, focusing on issues of ethics, data security and customer privacy.

At the event, Mr. Long directly guided students on the core skills to work with AI – writing effective prompts. He shared eight golden rules for giving commands to AI, emphasizing the need to provide clear context, specific tasks, appropriate tone and desired output format. Students were able to practice on-site using AI tools to design images, create product promotion videos and automate marketing plans.
