Da Nang deploys public housing management application

DNO - On the morning of October 9, the World Bank coordinated with the City People's Committee to organize a training course on how to use the City's Public Housing Management Application for officials assigned to enter data and manage public property information at agencies, units, and localities.

At the training session, World Bank representatives introduced an overview of the application, basic operations, main tasks, practice and direct guidance to the trainees.

Thereby, helping staff entering asset data at departments, branches, communes, wards, and public service units clearly understand the overview of the system and its role in public asset management.

At the same time, perform basic operations such as: log in, log out, change password; add new, update asset information, look up assets; approve data; hand over, change management and exploitation units; record maintenance, repair, upgrade...

According to the city's Department of Finance, in recent years, Da Nang has always been a pioneer in applying information technology, building e-government and smart cities.

The development of the Public Housing Management Application not only helps to systematize, standardize and digitize all data on State-owned houses and public buildings, but also creates a shared data platform, serving the management, exploitation and use of public assets in a transparent, effective and sustainable manner.

In particular, in the context of the merger of Da Nang city and Quang Nam province, the expansion and integration of the Public Housing Management Application system contributes to the formation of a unified and comprehensive public asset management system, ensuring the management, exploitation and use of State assets are carried out synchronously, economically and effectively.

The launch of the Public Housing Management Application is a clear demonstration of the city's determination in digital transformation to modernize public asset management, transparency and improve the efficiency of using State resources.
