First, go to the Appstore and tap on the account icon. Select the item containing your email and select the country or Region. Find and change the current country to United Arab Emirates (UAE) and tap Agree accounts, tap Agree again to confirm.
In the Payment Method section, select None and then scroll down to fill in the information in the Street, City, Country sections. You can get the information from Google. Click Next and then go back to the Appstore application to search for the Facebook Lite application.
