Nurturing a passion for literature from a young age with the belief that "Studying literature is learning how to be a good person," Truong Vu Hung, a student in class 12A5 at Bao Yen No. 1 High School (Bao Yen commune), has consistently achieved high results in the Literature subject in the national high school literature competitions. Besides his excellent academic performance, this male student is also well-liked by his teachers and friends for his active participation in the Youth Union and his enthusiastic lifestyle.

My first impression of Hung was his calm, mature, and polite demeanor. In class, he always listened attentively to the lectures and actively exchanged knowledge with teachers and classmates. For Hung, Literature was a journey of exploring the depths of life and humanity.

Hung's love for literature began quite early. The first books he read in his childhood sparked his passion for stories and poems rich in emotion and humanistic meaning. Over time, this love became the driving force for him to persistently pursue this subject.

With the belief that "Studying literature is learning how to be a good person," Truong Vu Hung always considers this subject as a process of training his thinking, cultivating his emotions, and developing his behavior in life. To realize this goal, the student has developed a scientific learning method. Outside of class, he proactively reads reference books, explores works outside the curriculum, and persistently practices his writing skills every day. According to Hung, the key to excelling in literature is life experience, the ability to deeply understand and appreciate, and the perseverance to accumulate knowledge.

Those efforts brought Hung well-deserved rewards. In 11th grade, he won third prize in the provincial-level excellent student competition in Literature. Not stopping there, in 12th grade, the male student continued to demonstrate his abilities by winning second prize in the provincial-level science and technology research competition.

Behind those outstanding achievements lies a process of persistent effort and a serious self-study spirit. Hung always sets clear goals for each stage of his studies, proactively overcomes his weaknesses, and constantly seeks more effective learning methods.

To achieve the results I have today, I first had to set clear goals for myself and seriously pursue them. Besides that, I am very fortunate to have always received guidance from my family, along with the dedicated instruction of my teachers. In particular, my homeroom teacher and the teachers at school have been invaluable in helping me find the most effective study methods.

As the Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union at Bao Yen No. 1 High School and the Secretary of the 12A5 Class Youth Union, Truong Vu Hung has always demonstrated enthusiasm and responsibility. He is a familiar face, actively participating with a proactive spirit in all school activities, from arts and sports movements to volunteer programs.

In group activities, Hung always takes the lead in connecting members, building team spirit, and spreading positive energy to his friends. Students at the school say that Hung is a good student, very approachable, sociable, and always ready to help others.

According to his classmates, Hung is a highly responsible and self-motivated student. He helps his classmates with their studies, shares his learning experiences, and regularly encourages those who are struggling.

Besides striving for personal achievements, Hung also hopes to inspire positive learning attitudes in his fellow students. According to him, success is primarily built on hard work, perseverance, and a proactive spirit.

Truong Vu Hung's comprehensive efforts in studying and training have helped him become one of seven outstanding students of Bao Yen No. 1 High School to participate in the Party awareness training course and complete his application to be admitted to the Party in October 2026, when he turns 18.

For high school students, this is a great honor and a special milestone on their journey to adulthood. Aware of the importance of this event, Truong Vu Hung always reminds himself to constantly strive for excellence.

"Participating in the Party awareness training course and completing the application for Party membership is a great source of pride for me. It also reminds me to continue striving to study, train, and live more responsibly to be worthy of the trust of my teachers and everyone else," Hung shared.

Commenting on his student, Mr. Nguyen Van Hung - Vice Principal of the school - affirmed that Truong Vu Hung is a shining example of self-study and dedication to the collective.

Driven by his passion for literature and serious dedication to learning, Truong Vu Hung is realizing his dreams through practical actions. Along this journey, through his excellent essays and community service activities, this student from the highlands continuously spreads a spirit of living beautifully, a will to succeed, and a desire to contribute.
